DETROIT METROPOLITAN WAYNE COUNTY AIRPORT (DTW) Map Your Route SMART buses depart the from the outer island of the lower level, outside the ground transportation office, of the L.C. Smith Terminal. Route 125 runs between the airport and downtown, near the GM Headquarters. Route 285 goes north from the airport through Dearborn Heights to Crosswinds Mall in Bloomfield Township. Both lines run every 45 minutes from about 4:50am to 10:15pm. Fare is $1.50. More information at www.smartbus.org, or call 866-962-5515. If you are at the McNamara or Berry terminals, you will need to take the free airport shuttle to the L.C. Smith Terminal to catch a SMART bus (they run about every 15 minutes). |
