Airport Public Transit Directory

EL PASO, TEXAS  (ELP)

Sun Metro serves the airport with two routes, but neither go directly downtown.
Route 33 operates once an hour from 5:47am until 8:57pm weekdays, 6:47am until
8:57pm Saturdays, and 7:47am until 6:47pm on Sundays.  Take the bus to the Five
Points terminal (about a half hour ride), then connect to Route 35 or 50.  Both run at
15 to 20 minute intervals and will get you downtown in around 10 to 15 minutes.
Route 57 also serves the airport, and runs about every hour and a half from 7:30am
until 8:16pm Monday through Saturday, and 10:45am to 6:41pm Sundays.  The route
goes north along Fred Wilson Road to the north and to the Eastside bus terminal to
the south.  To go downtown using route 57, go to the Eastside terminal (make sure
the driver is going in that direction) and connect to route 55.  Fare is $1.00, transfers
are 10 cents and must be purchased when you first board.  Catch the bus outside
the main terminal on the outer island near the middle of the terminal.  Look for the
bus sign.  For more information, see the web site at
www.elpasotexas.gov/sunmetro/sunroute.asp or call 915-533-3333 or 915-533-1220.
