JUNEAU INT'L AIRPORT (JNU) Capital Transit serves the airport on the Express Bus hourly from 7:00am until 6:00pm on weekdays only, no weekend service. The bus runs toward downtown at :11 past the hour, and outbound, toward Auke Bay and the University of Alaska, on the :46 of each hour. Fare is $1.50.
