OAKLAND INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (OAK)                    Map Your Route

Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) has a bus called
AirBART that connects the airport to the BART
rapid transit system.  This bus costs $2.00 and
operates from 5:00am to midnight every 10
minutes daily.  Buses start at 8:00am on Sunday.  
Once there, you can take BART to downtown
Oakland, San Francisco and all points in the
BART network, including Pittsburg, Berkeley,
Fremont and Richmond.  Service starts at 6:00am
on Saturdays, and 8:00am on Sundays.  Fares
on BART run from $1.25 to $5.65 based on distance, downtown San Francisco costs

Alameda-Contra Costa Transit (ACTransit) offers route 50 to and from the airport,
connecting it to airport BART station, east Alameda, east Oakland, and San Leandro.
 The bus runs daily every 15 minutes from 6:00am to midnight (less frequently from
9:00pm to midnight).  Fare is $1.75.  Line N is a nighttime bus that connects the
airport with downtown Oakland and downtown San Francisco.  It operates between
12:30am and 5:30am, hourly, and should be taken when BART is closed.  Fare is
$1.75, or $3.50 to San Francisco.  More information at
