OKLAHOMA CITY WILL ROGERS WORLD AIRPORT (OKC)
METRO Transit serves the airport on Route 29. The bus runs from the airport along
Meridian Ave. to NW 50th St. To get downtown, you will have to transfer to Route 9
at Reno or Route 38 at NW 10th St. Route 29 operates from 6:03am until 6:53pm
weekdays, once every hour and 10 minutes, and from 6:43am until 6:23pm on
Saturdays, no Sunday service. Fare is $1.25. Transfers to route 9 and 38 require
long waits. Be sure to check the schedule at www.gometro.org or call 405-235-7433
before deciding on this option.
On Sundays, the Orange Trolley connects the airport with various hotels and
attractions. The trolley does not go downtown. Fare is $1.00. Check the web site
www.gometro.org and click on trolley information, then orange line to make sure this
service is a good option for you.
