SAN ANTONIO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (SAT) VIA Metropolitan Transit serves the airport on bus route 5. Route 5 operates from 5:38am to 9:39pm about every 30 minutes daily, slightly later on Saturdays and Sundays. The bus goes downtown and drops off within walking distance of the Alamo, Riverwalk, and all downtown sites. The ride takes about 25 minutes.
