LOUISVILLE INT'L AIRPORT (SDF) Transit Authority of River City (TARC) operates bus route 2 (Second Street) between downtown and the airport. Route 2 goes into Clarksville, Indiana as well. Buses operate from 5:31am to 11:21pm usually about an hour apart. Less service during low periods. Reduced frequency on weekends. Check the web site for schedules. Fare is $1.50. A day pass is available to $3.00, but you have to purchase it at the Louisville Visitor's Center downtown. Buses pick up and drop off at the island at the east end of the terminal.
