SARASOTA BRADENTON INT’L AIRPORT (SRQ) Sarasota County Area Transit (SCAT) serves the airport on Route 2 and 15. Route 2 goes downtown, and the ride takes about 20 minutes. Transfers to other routes can be made downtown. Route 2 operates hourly from 5:30am until 9:30pm , Monday through Saturday. No Sunday service. Route 15 travels along the outer edge of town, and is mostly for use by locals. It operates from 6:30am to 6:30pm , every hour on weekdays and every 90 minutes on Saturday. No Sunday service. Route 99, which connects downtown Sarasota with Palmetto makes stops at the airport every half hour from 5:25am until 7:35pm , Monday through Saturday, no Sunday service.
